In 2004 and 2005 there were reports about minors being sexually exploited inside the Pascha, according to other news outlets the minors were paperless women hoping to not get in trouble with authorities – either way especially vulnerable populations who were being prostituted illegally. In 2003 a 28-year-old prostituted woman was murdered by buyer inside the Pascha Cologne. In 2006 there was an attempted murder of a prostituted woman inside of the legal brothel. In 2015 there was another. In 2017 the brothel owner was sentenced for tax fraud.
