Since July 2017 condom use for German sex buyers has been mandatory to (at least in theory) protect prostituted women from STIs. This law gets broken all the time and it’s on punter forums specifically where men go to share addresses and locations of especially vulnerable women who have to keep offering access without condoms. Here are excerpts from an exemplary thread of this kind:

**This buyer who claims to value respect and politeness has a username which describes prostituted women as sluts and whose profile pictures is a naked woman’s bottom penetrated by a penis. Says it all really.

User 2: „Nothing bad ever happened to me, except that the lady will simply refuse condomless sex. I ask for condomless, if she says no, I’m out the door. That in of itself works wonders. I’m almost out the door, suddenly sometimes condomless is fine. And always make sure to negotiate things clearly. Condomless does not mean you get to spray your cum into her, etc. It’s also really stupid to pay first and then ask for condomless. That almost never works.“

User 3: „‚Citation: They should get to relax, too, now and then. Either they do it or they don’t. They can really keep any hurt feelings or aggression over this to themselves‘. Reply: I get though why a whore might be annoyed or angered, if you ask for condomless. Just imagine how you’d feel if people keep asking you for something you don’t want and [if you refuse] you risk loosing customers. I remember this one woman saying that because the competition in the same house keeps openly advertising condomless sex, she’s loosing all her customers, because she won’t fuck without a rubber.“
